Spent the whole day on one eight-bar part of Interlude (Tape Hiss). Tried four different synths, two pianos, a kazoo and the sound of a stapler. In the end I went back to the first thing I recorded, at 9:40 in the morning, without any plan. There's a lesson in that, but I'm too tired to learn it.
