PRIVACY // FRONT MATTER

What we hold on you, why, and the list of things we deliberately don't collect at all.

01

What we store

PRIVACY // CLAUSE 01 OF 05

Your email. It's your login, and it's where a receipt or a takedown update reaches you. That's the whole reason it exists in our database.

Your plays. Every qualifying play — the track, when, and how long — is the raw material the payout math runs on. Without it there's no way to know which artists your pool owes money to, so this one isn't optional if you're subscribed. It is never shown to anyone but you and the payout engine.

Your purchases. What you bought and when, so your Library knows what to grant you and your receipts know what to exclude from the pool math (an album you bought doesn't drain your subscription — see /how-it-works).

02

What we don't store

PRIVACY // CLAUSE 02 OF 05

Your card. Stripe holds it. We never see a card number, a CVV, or an expiry date — a checkout or the billing portal hands you straight to Stripe, and what comes back to us is a token, never the card itself.

Your password. Supabase holds auth. We authenticate you against a token Supabase issues; the password that produced it never reaches our servers at all.

No ad tracking. No ad pixels, no cross-site trackers, no data broker gets a feed of anything on this site. We have no ad business to fund with your browsing, so there's nothing here collecting for one.

03

What an artist sees about you

PRIVACY // CLAUSE 03 OF 05

Never your name, never your email, never your account. An artist's receipt shows a count — how many qualifying plays, and how much of their monthly pool share those plays produced — aggregated across every listener who played them that month. There is no screen, anywhere on SNR, that lets an artist look up who is listening to them.

04

Who else sees it

PRIVACY // CLAUSE 04 OF 05

Stripe, for payment processing. Supabase, for authentication. That's the complete list — no analytics vendor, no marketing platform, no third party gets a feed of your listening or your account.

05

Changes

PRIVACY // CLAUSE 05 OF 05

We'll update this page as what we store changes, and we'll say so here when we do.
