COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN // FRONT MATTER
If a track on SNR isn't the uploader's to share, this is how you tell us — no account required.

The notice goes into a review queue. While it's open, the work comes down for every listener except the artist who uploaded it — they keep seeing it so they can respond. Anyone who already bought it keeps their access: a purchase is a license (see our terms), and a takedown notice under review is not one of the two things that revoke one.
The uploading artist can respond with a counter-notice — file it below, referencing the notice id shown on submission. An upheld counter-notice restores the work. An account that accumulates repeated, upheld notices gets terminated.
