Clear Skies is a live record. One show, one night, two microphones. Every mistake is real.

Moving week just ended, which means my guitar is somewhere in a box labeled "kitchen." So far I have found the kettle, a lamp, nine mugs and the instruction manual for a toaster I don't own. The new neighborhood has a good bakery and a terrible echo in the stairwell, and I've already written two songs there.

Tried recording in the stairwell again. Great echo, terrible neighbors.
