Tour poster is done. It has a lion on it. I don't know why. See you at The Old Bakery Stage on Nov 23.

The last show was the best one yet. Thank you for singing the quiet parts quietly.

Honestly never thought I'd finish Old Tricks. It's up now, free to stream.

Playing Pebble Beach Social on Dec 7! It's a room I've wanted to play for years. The first time I went there, I saw a band so loud and so good that I walked home without my coat. I'll try to give somebody else the same feeling. Doors at eight, start at nine, home by midnight.

In Minneapolis today. Soundcheck at five, pizza at six, the usual.

Every record has a list of thanks in the booklet and every one of them is too short. So, in a post: thank you to my family for not asking when I'll get a real job, to the friends who lent me gear and to the person at the print shop who stayed late to fix my sleeve. You're all on Vessel, in spirit.

Thank you for the messages about Vessel. I read every one, usually twice.

Moved apartments last week. The new place has a bath, a piano and the worst wallpaper I've ever seen. Keeping all three.
